Hello! I am a visual artist, mother, scholar, and small business owner originally from San Angelo, Texas. I infuse creativity and compassion into every aspect of my work and have experience in psychology, nutrition, and the arts. I am committed to promoting holistic well-being and accessibility for the community, particularly those who need it the most.

Throughout my journey, I have collaborated with diverse individuals and organizations who share a commitment to community, health, and ecology. I have contributed to various projects that resonate with the heart and soul of society, ranging from individuals to grassroots initiatives.

I am deeply committed to the world of health and wellness. As a certified 200-hour RYT yoga instructor and a trainee birth doula, I stand at the intersection of empowerment and transformation, supporting individuals through their most profound life experiences.

For the last three years, I have pursued a degree in psychology and currently serve as a research assistant in the psychology department at Angelo State University. After completing a B.S. in Spring ‘25, I plan to obtain a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. This is a life-long commitment. Alongside my academic pursuits, I have founded a non-profit organization to improve the health of those in need, advocating for quality care and support during the healing journey.

For over a decade, I have embraced the joys and challenges of motherhood myself, championing natural births and fostering a nurturing environment for my two children. With a background in culinary nutrition and a genuine belief in the power of proper health care, I am dedicated to shaping a world where every woman and child receives the care and attention they deserve.
